ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR THE IT FOR GLOBAL MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ Required Skills:
- H.S. Diploma required.
- Minimum of 5 years Executive Associate experience.
- Project management experience helpful to assist on projects that may need special attention from the Executive and Senior Directors office.
- Self-motivated and accountable with the ability to independently investigate, analyze and recommend solutions to a broad range of problems.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneNote.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high quality results.
- Demonstrates integrity and an impeccable value system on a daily basis.
- Demonstrated track record to handle multiple projects in conjunction with competing demands and requests by taking initiative to adjust or change.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of Project Coordination a plus.
- Position provides administrative support for the IT for Global Manufacturing Operations team.
- This position requires a highly experienced professional working with/for senior executives and large teams.

- Ability to utilize technology effectively to support IT for Global Manufacturing Operations systems and/or processes.

- Proactively looks ahead at schedules, events, and needs of the team.
- Arrange both internal and external meetings.
- Manages catering requests, reserve conference rooms via Outlook, enter visitor registrations, check internal/external availability for meetings.
- Creates requisitions and manages the lifecycle of the purchase/service order (using ARIBA & SAP).
- Processes the requisitions using ARIBA and invoices via SAP on behalf of the Executive Director and Senior Directors and team (must make sure to obtain supporting documentation) .
- Creates requisitions and manages the lifecycle of the purchase/service order .
- Must be highly proficient in MS Teams, SharePoint, and other Client systems (T&E, Workday, Ariba, SAP) including MS Office.
- Must be comfortable working with new tools and technologies including internet web-based and digital communications tools.
- Makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports when needed.
- Ensure appropriate passport and visa documentation for international travel.
- Back-Up to Executive Associate Vice President.
- Helps on-board and off-board consultants and employees.
- Assist with ordering IT office supplies, ensure office supply drawer is organized and stocked; place purchase orders and facilities work orders, etc.
- Performs additional general office duties as assigned.
- Position located in New Brunswick with possible travel to other central NJ sites.
