This position will require occasional off hours support (outside of 8:30AM and 4:30PM EST) for standby operational support or for key meetings with offshore resources/critical application support.No C2C. No subcontracting. Must be able to work on W2 with DataSoft Technologies. OverviewThe Sr. AEM Analyst, Digitalization will primarily focus on Adobe Experience Manager software development, quality and operations activities for AEM hosted application and various other digital services that support the customer experience. The AEM analyst will work closely with Business teams/stakeholder groups within the compnay, and improve the AEM platform delivery effectiveness, quality and operations within Digitalization and an overall improvement of software quality.This technical role will execute and effective Adobe experience into process practice across all business areas and be responsible for Adobe Excellence by applying the ITIL methodologies.Responsibilities:
  • Develop Digital Consumer experiences using Adobe's AEM product suite, including WCM, DAM
  • Apply deep understanding of AEM and other Adobe solutions like Analytics and Target to make appropriate technical decisions
  • Develop and oversee OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, workflows, forms.
  • Develop custom components on top of JCR, Apache Sling and CRX
  • Consume internal and third party RESTful web services with dynamic components through AJAX calls, JAVA servlets
  • Develop UI components using Bootstrap and jQuery
  • Upgrade AEM 6.4 to 6.5 and DTM to Launch
  • Enable DevOps through continuous integration and deployment using automation tools like Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, JIRA, etc.
  • Taking a given feature and translating that to native AEM features (templates, components)
  • Providing ongoing support for digital products AEM components, integrations and applications
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation
  • Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10-12 years of thorough experience in web application development
  • 5 years' experience in Web Content Management (WCM) Tools and technologies, such as Adobe Experience Manager 6+, CRXDE, JCR, Jackrabbit Oak, OSGI, MSM, SSO, REST, Apache Sling, Dispatchers, Workflows, jQuery, CSS3, JSON, Ajax, External Integrations and other web technologies
  • Experience in AEM Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, DTM, Launch, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager
  • Hands-on experience working with core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript and web services development using RESTful web services.
  • Experienced in Agile Scrum Development methodology and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills
  • Familiarity with AWS or other Cloud technologies
  • Experience working with geographically separate project teams
  • Adobe Experience Cloud
Desired Qualification:
  • Adobe Certified Expert
  • Automotive OEM industry experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
