- Agile Coach should provide necessary expertise and on-the-job mentoring to all Agile roles helping the team adopt the right Agile mindset as well as tools/practices
- The coach has to mentor all team members both formally and informally; work to unlock the potential of every member
- The coach must defend agile methodologies and be an evangelist of Agile principles in the organization
- Build and coach multiple high performing agile teams
- Looks for ways to strengthen team’s understanding and adoption of Agile principles
- Teach, mentor and coach agile practices across the enterprise
- Drive consistent practices across the enterprise
- Bring transparency to the organization about development and grow trust
- Ensures commitments, pace and quality are on track
- Identifies trade-offs between short and long term benefits to drive shared vision across teams
- Fosters continuous learning and helps teams to inspect & adapt
- At least 3 years of experience as Agile Coach (minimum)
- Should have experience with large scale software delivery and agile transformation at scale in large organizations
- Experience implementing and coaching Agile
- Passionate problem solver who succeeds in ambiguous situations
- Active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team’s potential
- Strong communication skills
- Should be very passionate about understanding people/teams
- Tirelessly advocates for the best possible solution
- Believes in non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team
