Apartment Superintendent

We're hiring a full-time Superintendent for a 70-unit building.

You'll need to be skilled in all phases of apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, and appliance repair.

Your duties will involve unit make-readies, general repairs, installing kitchen cabinetry and appliances, and drywall work.

We're looking for someone with a clean driving record, the ability to lift 50 lbs and climb 30-ft ladders, and a friendly attitude who can prioritize tasks effectively.
