Application Development Manager

We are looking for

• Technically hands-on.
• Someone who has been a POC, running projects.
• Do requirements gathering, analysis, design and development (e2e).
• Excellent communication skills – someone who can represent the project and be answerable to key stakeholders.
• Proactive, willing to learn business, technology and foresee risk/users requirements after initial training (min hand-holding).
• Java, Hadoop, SQL, Unix skills.
• Capital Markets exp is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience and able to manage 2-3 people with individual contribution to the project.
