As the Application Support Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Applications and Data providing analysis and support for multiple applications and systems throughout the business.

DescriptionAs the Application Support Manager, responsibilities include:

  • Tier 2 application support
  • Update application configuration as needed
  • Monitor the performance and health of various applications
  • Work directly with users to understand their needs and create a strategy to improve the application based on those needs
  • Consult with outside vendors

ProfileRequired Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Application Support Experience
  • Experience managing an Application Support team
  • Knowledge of Windows, SQL, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience supporting critical applications
Preferred Experience:

  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Food Inventory Systems
  • QSR or POS systems
  • ERP Systems

Job Offer
