Armed & Unarmed Security Guard

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Subject to a drug screening, where permitted by law

Must participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment (NJ SORA required)

A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

Available shifts: Monday – Sunday

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when needed

Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations, using problem-solving skills

Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas

Adapt to varying working environments and conditions depending on the client site
