Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Art Director in the Food & Food Processing industry, based in New Jersey. This position bridges the gap between the Creative and Marketing teams, driving consumer engagement and growth through impactful design. The Art Director will lead a variety of projects within the portfolio, focusing on the ideation, development, design, and execution of 360 product packaging, display, print collateral, and corporate / brand identity.Responsibilities: Conceptualizing and refining innovative package design concepts Upholding brand identity guidelines across all projects to ensure brand integrity Applying pre and post-production expertise to various tasks Utilizing extensive knowledge of printing processes for design execution Creating 2-D & 3-Dimensional renderings of packaging and displays Applying digital platform knowledge to the design process Reviewing proofs to ensure quality and accuracy Designing visuals for trade shows and creating related collateral Conducting product photography for various marketing and promotional materials Collaborating within Creative / Marketing & Cross-Functionally to achieve business goals Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Bridge, Microsoft Office for design tasks.02720-0013121600Requirements Demonstrated experience in Art Direction within the Food & Food Processing industry Expertise in Brand Design and Brand Image development Proficiency in Color Printing techniques and technology Experience in creating effective Sales Collateral Ability to design comprehensive Design Packages Knowledge of Packaging and Labeling regulations in the food industry Strong skills in Packaging Design and Packaging Solutions Experience with Point of Sale marketing materials Proven ability to represent the company effectively at Trade Shows Familiarity with Trade Show Graphics and Trade Show Signage Experience in Pre-production and Print Production processes Strong understanding of Production techniques, particularly in the context of the food industry Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite Competency in using Office and Bridge software applications Strong communication and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
