Assistant to Chiropractor - part time, 2 shift openings

Seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) Assistant to the Chiropractor who enjoys interacting directly with patients. (Office in Hackensack)

Responsibilities include:

Patient intake and documentation

Treatment coordination and scheduling

Insurance verification, pre-authorizations and appeals

Scanning, faxing, emailing, organizing files, tracking, data entry

Maintain cleanliness of rehab areas and equipment

No certification required — we will train the right candidate!

However, prior experience in a healthcare setting and comfort with medical terminology is preferred.

Must be tech saavy, professional, reliable, positive and driven

2 available shifts:

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (22 hr)

Monday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (24 hr)

NO weekends
