Our client, a global media company, has an immediate opening for a qualified candidate to join their app marketing team as an associate for operations.

Onsite in Newark NJ 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.

Pay- $81.00

Contract- 9 months.

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

In this role, you will be supporting our Associate Director, Global Organic App Marketing in creating and executing campaigns within our CMS platform across the Android and iOS apps. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience across iOS and Android platforms, is highly organized, self-driving, comfortable reviewing code and using content management systems.

The role requires attention to detail, a passion for the app space, an attitude that anything is possible, be a team player and an ability to be flexible and think outside the box. You will work with other marketing teams in addition to Product Management, User Experience, Creative & Brand, and Technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and launch A/B tests and seasonal campaigns using CMS and CRM tools

Own updating experiences across iOS and Android across our global portfolio

Responsible for monthly updates of key touchpoints

Pull reporting on key metrics related to the acquisition of new prospects

Create, manage and socialize documentation related to app CX and in-flight tests

Work with cross-functional Marketing partners to ensure a consistent end-to-end customer experience

Develop and implement new Marketing strategies based on changing business priorities

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of work experience in digital marketing

Experience using Content Management Systems and basic knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON and CSS

Basic understanding of conversion, engagement and retention marketing throughout different portions of the lifecycle

Superior project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strategic thinking and strong attention to detail

Strong ability to effectively collaborate

Solution oriented and creative thinking

Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualification’s

Passion and understanding of the app space and streaming services.

Conversion and retention marketing experience in a membership model business

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, such as Kochava, Adobe Analytics and Tableau

Experience working with various cross-functional partners (Technology, Creative, User Experience, Media Planning) to develop assets and plans for optimization.
