In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and configure the SAP Analytics Cloud tools within Corporate Technology. You will help deliver a dynamic SAP Planning and Analytical capability that caters to the unique needs of multiple business sectors.

You will be responsible for collection requirements, design, and build of analytics solutions specific to SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and/or SAP BW4/HANA.

Drive collaboration and communicate SAP-technologies in a simplified manner to business users to convey the “art of the possible.” From there, you will have the ability to design and build the proposed analytics solution.

Build of proposed analytic solutions, supporting development, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live

Work with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) or HANA Administrators and Security team members on setup and configuration of user access

Create Data Analytics Reports using SAP Analytics Cloud.

Collaborate with functional teams to translate user stories and problem statements into project/solution requirements.

Collaborate with extended Data and Analytics teams to design data pipelines to and from SAC.

Develop solutions quickly through an Agile process utilizing incremental minimal viable products to obtain user feedback and iterate towards a final solution.

Partner with functional teams to facilitate the deployment and adoption of delivered solutions.

Inform/coach key users, where necessary, regarding SAC usage and requests for displaying information in the system.

Facilitate with lead and business clients and Product teams on strategy and team sessions to assess in betterment of SAP Analytics.

Provide recommendations, develop customized solutions as needed, and manage follow-up & evaluation for all SAP planning requirements.

Developing new Planning scenarios, interfaces, cubes & other reporting structures, as and when identified by business needs/projects.

Assist with identified stabilization & simplification initiatives to improve overall SAP Analytics processes & performance.

Reviewing/Updating support & operations documentation where required

Participating in production support role during key activity periods when required month-end, quarter-end, year-end etc.

Ensuring consistency of master data between all SAP data related systems

Reviewing & improving existing master data interfaces to eliminate master data issues in SAP ECC, SAP S/4, BW (Business Warehouse), BPC and any downstream systems.

Liaising with other Product teams to ensure timely resolution of all issues and to promote good working relationships.

Basic Requirements:

1+ years of experience in analytics and reporting

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus, or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. 

Knowledge of implementing analytic tools like SAP SAC, Power BI, Tableau etc.

An ability to link development requirements back to business requirements.

Knowledge of Financial reporting and analytics

Ability to build relationshipsand influence peers both inside and outside the organization.

Experience in taking ownership to deliver high quality results.

Ability to seek feedback and implement necessary changes

Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and maintaining a set delivery schedule on all projects.

Desired Characteristics:

Knowledge of investigating data flows to and from SAC with SAP BW, SAP BPC systems, SAP S/4, and other non-SAP sources

Proven ability to analyze source systems and investigate data extracts for both SAP and non-SAP sources.

Strong understanding of financial analytics and experience in delivering finance and HCM analytics

Demonstrated experience in various reporting technologies like SAP AOE (Analysis for Office in Excel), EPM, Tableau, QlikView and Power BI

Good project management skills

Experience in providing SAP SAC user training

Demonstrate BW and BPC experience, including experience in various Data and Analytics solutions based on AWS (Amazon Web Services), GCP and Azure.
