The primary responsibility is resolution of customer claims in accordance with department SLAs and Federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the balancing and operability of ATMs to mitigate and prevent future service related issues.Country:United StatesJob Requirements: High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of related experience Demonstrates proficiency in basic accounting concepts Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to make decisions independently and accurately with minimal oversight from management Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and successfully balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to use/learn current applications related to position Exhibits an understanding of transaction flow between the ATM façade, armored service providers and central vault processingMust be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

Hours:40Job Description: Performs the daily investigation of customer disputes/inquiries by responding to or resolving ATM Regulation E claims Ensures correctness of customer ATM transactions by reviewing reconcilement exception reports, balancing of ATM general ledgers and processing adjustment entries to correct ATM errors in conjunction with resolution of customer disputes Conducts detailed investigations on-demand and works closely with management to provide required documentation for escalated complaints Completes all customer investigations and email inquiries within establish department SLA/guidelines Assists in the prevention of fraudulent activities while maintaining and protecting privacy and non-public information Participates in action plans to address repetitive ATM service issues with Store staff and external vendors Successfully completes all required online training and follows all departmental procedures resulting in effective compliance for all job-relevant State and Federal regulations including, but not limited to Employee policies, procedures, CRA EEO/AA, as well as all job relevant Risk Management and Corporate standardsInclusiveness:At TD, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and customers feel valued, respected and supported.
