Looking for capable and present individuals who hold themselves and their work to a high standard.

Job Description: Bar service includes food and beverage, duties go beyond making drinks. Must have knowledge of Italian wine, or be willing to learn. The program is tailored to match the integrity and focus of the cuisine within the restaurant. Knowledge of Italian food will help. Service must be sharp and ever present to ensure the proper experience for our guests.

Duties will include at minimum:

Recommending appropriate food and beverages.

Crafting the cocktails as set on the menu.

Timely service to ensure reservation windows and guest expectations are met.

Keeping the bar and all applicable equipment cleaned and presented properly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
