Big Data Architect

Position summary:

• 10 to 12 years' experience in Advanced Analytics and Big Data with minimum implementation of 2-3 projects at enterprise level
• Hands on experience in architecting solutions at scale in big data with full technology stack in Cloudera, AWS, Azure
• At least 1-2 years of experience in MDM(Master data management)
• Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.
• Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
• Solid functional understanding of the Open-Source Big Data Technologies including major Hadoop projects, Kafka, NoSQL Databases.
• Experience in building and maintaining Hadoop cluster in a multi-tenant environment
• Preferable work experience with Cloudera distributions.
• Proficient with HDFS, Kudu, Hive, HBase, Sqoop, Oozie, BigSQL, Kafka, Spark and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with "commercializing " Hadoop applications (e.g. administration, security, configuration management, monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning)
• In depth experience working on cloud computing Infrastructure.
• Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production.
• Must have worked with Machine Learning and Data Sciences applications in downstream with very strong experience in Python, SPARK Framework and deploying applications in cloud
• Strong customer handling experience, must be a very good team player and good oral and written communication skills
