Markets Post-Trade Technology is responsible for Trade Capture & Lifecycle, market risk and control, confirmations, settlement and clearance, payment instructions, asset servicing, affirmations & allocations, trade substantiation, end of day processing, collateral, margin, client valuations, stock record, fails &claims and regulatory reporting.Securitized Products Technology is responsible for development and support of all SP Trading applications globally. The technology team works directly with traders, sales and other departments located worldwide, with the main centres in US and UK. Systems supported are a combination of in-house development and third-party packages, using a variety of technologiesWhat will you be doing?

• This person will be the Development Lead for Data and Reporting stream within SP Target Architecture. This person will be working with various SP stakeholders to understand the requirements and define the Technology Solutions for Data persistence, Reporting and Analytics requirements. This person will gather requirements from users, perform analysis and deliver solution as per business priorities. This person should address both Functional and non-Functional requirements in the solutions. Finally, this person will interact with members of the SP IT development teams in New York, Prague, London, Chennai and Pune along with various other teams such as system support, settlement, finance, treasury, reporting, and risk IT groups.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Mange delivery of business requirements by allocating tasks to team members and tracking progress periodically
• Provide Regular status reporting for Management and business stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience with a total of 10-15yrs experience
• 4+ years of experience in working of Big Data and Data Warehouse platforms
• 3+ years of experience with Data Science, Python scripting and Data Visualization
• Experience working with different types of stakeholders and decision makers
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills Familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server concepts.
• Familiarity with Fixed Income products, residential and/or commercial loans
