Perform blood typing, cross-matching, and antibody screening.

Prepare blood components for transfusion.

Ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in medical laboratory science or related field.

Hospital laboratory experience within blood bank
