Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Review payments received and record deposits

Appease accounts by balancing entries

Look after archived records by categorizing documents

Preside over and review general ledger

Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts Requirements - Experience using accounting software

3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper

Strong familiarity with Full Charge Bookkeeping

Basic Bookkeeping experience preferred

Proven knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

Accounts Payable (AP) experience

Bookkeeping experience

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel

General familiarity with QuickBooks

Command of full charge bookkeeping

Well-founded grasp of payroll

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
