BPM Lead/Architect

(#jobs) Description: Enterprise and Solution Architect with Case Management specialization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead in planning of BPM/Case Management solution design, build and deployment
• Provide technical leadership in BPM/Case Management area providing technical guidance and mentoring
• All aspects of Enterprise Architecture including application portfolio management, current state, target state, and roadmap definition. Product and platform evaluations with experience using weighted scoresheets. Participate and lead in the definition of IT standards, processes, and compliance including delivery document templates. Align IT strategy with business goals and architecture.
• Lead/Support company Building permit process
• Define detailed solution designs based on high-level business scope information. Support business analysis effort by ensuring solution-based requirements align with IT capabilities. Support program management effort by providing estimates and task identification. API design (REST and SOAP).
• Support the COE lead/BPM Architect in conceptualizing and developing proof of concepts
• Work with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment of program deliverables to defined solution.
• Define, implement, and provide oversight for platform definition, configuration, and lights on maintenance, including solution deployment and Dev Ops based on company standards. Plan and implement platform and solution upgrades without disruption to business operations.
• Ensure all deployed solutions are supported providing business partners with stable platforms and solutions, including 24x7 availability. Plan and implement DR strategies for key solutions and platforms.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and project manager on project progress and outstanding issues

• Excellent communications skills with customers, senior IT leadership, program management, and software vendors.
• 8 - 10 years' experience in OpenText AppWorks 16x platform or any equivalent technology like Pega, Appian
• Camunda BPM knowledge is desirable
• Knowlegde and experience with Java, JEE
• Experience in building Web Services, REST Services API's
• Good hands on implementing OpenText AppWorks integration services using REST, SOAP, Email etc. Good understanding of OpenText AppWorks case management features and BPM features
