Business Analyst

Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Defining and documenting the business requirements and technical specifications for a re-imagined Pricing system.
• Work with project team to develop and document Pricing's business processes and the proposed system design.
• Survey the market to identify suitable vended software products and develop a build vs. buy analysis.
• Draft, issue and manage the RFP and vendor selection process where the purchase of commercial software is a potential alternative
• Work primarily with the Pricing Department but will also interface significantly with the Purchasing, Marketing/Sales and Finance departments.
• Work with the development team and/or vendor to implement the agreed upon requirements and design.
• Documenting test cases, performing quality assurance, support end-user training and post go-live change management
• Provide overall project coordination/management

• 10+ years' experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with Wholesale Pricing and Procurement models, processes, and systems, preferably within the beverage industry
• Proven experience in eliciting and documenting purchasing/procurement system requirements, process design and testing support.
• Proven experience in analyzing business-relevant processes, articulating potential best practices from other industries, and generating (process) documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
