Job Title: Business AnalystDuration: 1 year Location: Jersey City, New JerseyJob Description:Responsibilities• Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.• Liaise with all related Business and Support Unit stakeholders, including Product Owner, to analyze and challenge business requirements, leading to functional specifications and detailed user stories• Maintain and prioritize product backlog, Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories).• Should be authoritative in writing user stories and break them appropriately to fit in an iteration.• Seek product related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.• Run standups, sprint planning, and refinement sessions• Work closely with the Stakeholders/Client to translate the product specifications into mockups and actionable steps for the development team• Provide clear direction and motivation to project staff• Perform acceptance testing of features before release to ensure correct implementation• Strong oral and written communication skills - must be able to speak the technical language of engineers, as well as understand the needs of our users in Operations• Intermediate experience in SQL required.• Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies.• Expertise with API integration.• Good to have exposure of Operational risk domain.QualificationsMinimum qualifications• B.E/BTech or MCA• Relevant Industry experience.Preferred qualifications• BA experience in Capital market.• Should have basic knowledge on Equities, fixed income bonds.• SQL knowledge is a must, should be able to write SQL queries.• Work experience in agile.Comments for Suppliers: Expertise with API integration.Basic knowledge on frond end Technology''s i.e., Angular, React and REST API .Work closely with the Stakeholders/Client to translate the product specifications   Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
