Liaison with client on a daily basis to understand the regular and ad-hoc reporting and analytics needs. Collaborate with offshore team to get the deliverables created. Get hands on with respect to urgent asks on data and analytics when needed. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. Identify areas of business growth within the account.
