- Business requirements management & development
- Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business wants
- Document as-is and to-be business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support
- Document KDD (Key Design Decisions) with proper level of required details
- Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
- Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required
- Prepare and update traceability matrix
- Act as the Business-IT interface
- Work with the business and sprint teams to ensure support of agile
- Writes, manages, and clarifies user stories and may develop use cases for complex requirements
- Documents user acceptance testing or and may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements are satisfied
- Impact analysis of new releases/changes, training, maintaining systems
- SCRUM/ Agile flow methodology and tools
- Understand of JIRA and Confluence
- MS Office, including MS Project, Excel, and Power Point
- rRDM desired
- Project experience
- Understanding of Project Finances
- Understanding of Iris and Incident management process & metrics
- Ability to manage/administer Project Sharepoint and Teams sites
- Strong work ethic
- Experience of having worked with global teams
- Builds rapport & trust quickly to work effectively across business & IT teams
- Good communication Skills (verbal and written)
