Open to C2C and W2Video InterviewsJob Description:Resource will be supporting the client Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program that seeks to reduce our technical debt and modernize our capabilities in order to ensure the key tenants of IAM; need to know, least privileged, and segregation of duties. This will involve tracking and reporting program metrics to Sr. Leadership, developing and documenting processes and end-user support materials, designing and developing self-service workflows in ServiceNow, supporting program requests and enhancements, and working with other members of the internal IAM team to run the day-to-day program and implement process and other improvements. Responsibilities also include working with key points of contact across the organization (both business and IT) to support their transition to our new processes and technologies.Mandatory Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, independent worker, self-starter, and attention to detail. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint).Desired Skills Past experience with ServiceNow forms and workflows and Information Security/Identity and Access Management is a plus.
