Why you'll love this job: Being a member of the Business Architecture Team" you will be responsible for understanding and influencing enterprise-wide and business line specific strategies. The candidate must posses the ability to understand current-state pain-points and opportunities in order to develop business processes supported by enterprise business capabilities and develop strategies in order to achieve our target-state vision. The individual will have the opportunity to work closely with management and subject matter experts across Business, Technology, Operations, and other collaborators, gain broad understanding of the firm's businesses and functions, have exposure to senior management, and make tangible impact on the future of the firm.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop understanding of each business division's strategy, business model, operating model, processes, teams, and culture
  • Apply analytical approach to tackle "ill structured" problems. Play a strategic thinker role and be bold in making and justifying recommendations
  • Propose future-state business blueprints, including customer journeys, business capabilities, process and data flows, operating models, etc.
  • Find opportunities for modular product archicteture and foundational enterprise-wide services that support multiple business units
  • Lead teams of 2-4 individuals in central initiatives
  • Work with automation teams to find opportunities to use business automation tools (e.g., robotics, machine learning, aritificial intelligence) to improve businesses and processes
  • Synthesize analysis into clear recommendations and findings that add value
  • Lead workstreams, projects and senior management meetings and presentations

Talents Needed For Success:
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
