BUSINESS CAPABILITIES ANALYST/JUNIOR LEVEL LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ Hybrid Role 50% Onsite. Required Skills:

• Bachelors (BS, BA).
• 4+ years of experience preferably in a pharmaceutical, life science, or healthcare related industry.
• Knowledge of clinical trial execution and related business processes.
• Well-developed analytical skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
• Can work independently.
• Writing and executing user acceptance testing of system enhancements and upgrades.
• Development of process documentation and supporting materials.

• The Business Capabilities Analyst for ePlan/eTime/SDB will use a comprehensive understanding of Planisware and Cognos system functionality and related processes to provide assistance to the ePlan/eTime/SDB user community, and support, together with other members of the capabilities team and partnering with colleagues from IT and business functions, the development and testing of new system features.
