IT Global Inc is looking for a Business Development Manager to be based out of our Matawan, NJ office who is a focused revenue driver, who understands how to hunt for, identify and target clients that support AIT’s Staffing business model of Contract, Contract to Hire and Direct Hire placements.

Primary Responsibilities
  • This role will involve considerable hunting sales efforts and building customer relationships and acquiring new clients and MSP’s.
  • Identifying, developing, and executing MSA and Supplier agreements for CW staffing services through direct Client SOW, T&M, or managed capacity projects.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a high volume of new business opportunities.
  • Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as calling, face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI goals.
  • Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities
  • Full-cycle management of the sales process, from lead generation to close.
  • Cultivate successful long-term relationships with organizations to further establish AIT as a trusted staffing provider and advisor.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of Business Development experience in the IT Staffing industry. Experience must be in IT Staffing. Self-motivated sales hunter.
  • Consultative selling approach, ability to present and build relationships at all levels and negotiate client contracts.
  • Engage in establishing new businesses at named accounts.
  • Develop new client relationships in order to diversify the client base and gain market share.
  • Build a prospect pipeline sufficient to achieve new business targets
  • Work directly with recruiting / delivery team to ensure effective process and timely presentation of candidates.
  • Work with clients and establish the delivery process and follow through on delivery along with the recruiting team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Results-driven with a very high focus on creating lasting client relationships.
