Business Development Manager IT Staffing and Services Infobahn Softworld is looking for a self-motivated individual to generate new business for the company. These positions are local to Dallas, Texas, and New Jersey. We are looking for Mid to Senior level Business Development managers. This candidate will focus on target accounts and lead the business development effort within a specific geographical area. Building and sustaining new client relationships is the heart of our business. This is a long-term opportunity career opportunity for the right individual. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains a thorough understanding and knowledge of our clients' businesses and verticals with the business
  • Develops strong relationships with our client's hiring managers by understanding their staffing needs, and presenting a solution to the company
  • Sets up discovery calls to analyze client needs and to make staffing recommendations
  • Ensures the delivery of talent and solutions to our clients in partnership with our recruiting teams and account managers.
  • Maintains close contact with clients to get their feedback to achieve the desired outcome
  • Works with Recruiting and Delivery Leadership to ensure compliance with our clients
  • Maintains accurate and detailed information in our internal CRM's
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of staffing experience for Mid-Level professional
  • Proven track record of delivering results in the previous position in the IT staffing industry
  • Experience using social media tools
  • Prioritize and possesses excellent time management skills
  • Work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships
  • Exceptional written and oral communication
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Self-motivated with proven track record meeting sales objectives by identifying, developing, & closing IT staffing opportunities
  • Ability to understand and communicate company's value proposition, required to differentiate the company
  • Knowledge of technology & project sales is a big plus
