Business Process Analyst (Six Sigma)

3+ years in quality or business process engineering• Knowledge of Six Sigma practices• Working knowledge of Google Suite including Gmail, Calendar, Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.Responsible for documenting inventory of level 1, 2 and 3 processes in the Fleet work streams and developing detailed process documentation including detailed process flows, operational definitions and SOPs.• Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline processes while removing non value added work. Work with technical project manager to automate and integrate process systems and flows wherever possible• Analyze processes for inter-dependencies, transition points, handoffs and triggers
