Job DescriptionA client is seeking a highly organized and analytical Business/Data Analyst to manage complex payment processes, including handling pharmaceutical disputes. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of contracts and their impact on payments.Key Responsibilities:Payment Management: Handle direct ship payments, including complex payment processes and disputes.Customer Interaction: Communicate with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) to explain outstanding payments, disputes, and manage relationships.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare various reports, utilize formulas for payment analysis, and create executive summaries. Analyze payment numbers using pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and VLOOKUPs.Dispute Resolution: Manage disputes related to three pharmaceutical products, ensuring logs are streamlined and cleaned up.Contract Understanding: Read and understand contracts to determine their impact on payments.Communication: Explain payment inaccuracies to upper management effectively.Pricing Analysis: Investigate payment drivers at individual pharmacies.Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve payment issues.Time Management: Monitor and manage own work efficiently.Software Proficiency: Use Model N software (training will be provided).We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
