Business/QA Analyst in Trenton, NJ (HYBRID)

• Leads key specific projects with an emphasis on project requirements gathering/specification, testing, quality assurance and user training;
• Works with other technical and project groups to ensure that infrastructure/software application requirements are identified at an early stage, ensuring that new build requirements or expansions are captured, and plans produced for any upgrades/expansions and new build;
• Must maintain requirements change requests and track gaps between commercial off the shelf vendor package software and business requirements specifications;
• Maintains the documentation, processes, guidelines, and procedures of the project management methodology including infrastructure procedures and protocols for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business;
• Prepares project documentation as required; champion the production of business cases for software development or migration;
• Reviews and consolidates all final project documentation to ensure compliance with records retention schedules;
• Partners with business, clinical, quality and utilization teams to complete project management activities to ensure successful completion of project needs;
• Collects, prepares, reviews and consolidates project documents, summaries and all final project documentation to ensure compliance.

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst with QA testing (UAT) as a secondary skill (not QA with some BA experience)
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Experience with project requirements gathering/specification, testing, quality assurance and user training
• Prior experience with documentation as a business analyst
• Prior experience interacting with executive level stakeholders
• Prior experience testing and working writing business requirements in a Scrum/Agile environment
• Prior experience system testing
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
