Required:• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.• 4+ years of C# experience• 4+ years of MS SQL server experience• 3 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS• 3+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience• A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology• 3+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Servicer Reporting Services (SSRS) experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications:• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Agile experience• Ability to facilitate design sessions• Ability to gather and document technical requirements• Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization• Ability to identify, plan, and document system solutions that are cost effective and meet regulatory requirements• Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams• Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment• Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations• Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry: compliance, regulatory, or legal operations• Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: unit, regression, integration, and stress performance testing• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy• Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities• Experience designing, developing, and implementing large scale, complex software applications.
