Job Description
Support the Site Instrument Officer during execution of the site calibration procedure.
Ensure the Site Calibration Procedure is followed by all in scope of the document.
Perform documentation tasks such as entering equipment into the calibration database and creating and revising calibration worksheets for new and existing equipment.
Perform reviews of CMMS forms, calibration documents (internal and vendor created), and labels, as required.
Update job plans as directed by Site Instrument Officer.
Maintain data in a proprietary database.
Perform procedural change management tasks under the direction of the Site Instrument Officer.
Coordinate the activities associated with the non-conformance process by supporting engineers and equipment owners.
Perform database queries regarding usage of gauges or measurement devices that have failed calibration.
Research use scenarios for gauges as required.
Perform status queries in quality management system for out-of-tolerance gauges and measuring devices.
Report on status of Corrective Actions and pending resolution of calibration issues.
Support R&D calibrations during internal and external audits.
Provide regular communication with Engineering and Quality representatives as necessary to assist in resolving calibration issues.
