Call Center Representative

Adecco is currently supporting a local client. This position is a Call Center Representative in Wayne, New Jersey. This a temporary full time job Monday- Friday Onsite.Job Description:· Responsible for entering new patient referrals into CPR+.· Interact with doctors' offices for any information needed throughout referral process.· Contact patients to complete intake process. Explain the companies' services thoroughly and correctly. Answer any questions patient may have regarding BHI services and what to expect.· Accept any calls from provider's offices, prospective or current patients, or insurance companies inquiring about BHI services.· Schedule appointments in CPR+, as well as adjusting the schedule if needed.· Other administrative duties, such as phone coverage for reception, faxing and scanning documents, responding to emails, etc.Skills/ Requirement:· Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel)· Ability to multitask· Must be detail oriented· Strong oral and written communication skills· Strong phone skillsQualifications:· Bachelor's Degree preferred· 1 year experience preferred in office/ medical field (not required)Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
