Assumes responsibility for patient preparation, care, and monitoring before, during, and after procedures. Participates in quality improvement programs and inventory control. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment and care. Assists the physician during the performance of the diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.Qualifications:Required:

Current BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider Certification, Current ACLS certification, Maintains RCVT certification requirements

Additional Certifications may be required, Additional experience/ training maybe required based on departmental specific needs

Successful completion of all Orientation Programs and Documentation
