Care Navigator Coordinator, Full Time, Endoscopy MMC

Serves as an integral part of the medical care team and collaborates with AMG interventionalist's provide coordination to help them manage administrative duties while allowing medical providers to practice more effectively and efficiently.Principal Accountabilities:

Fellowship (Program): Manage administrative documents and license validation in echo, Coordinate fellows procedural room rotation in collaboration with schedulers. Organize monthly meetings with fellows and endo leadership and report any updates/concern.

Billing: Identifying appropriate CPT codes that are billable.

Authorizations: Audit & Cross References AMG vs. Hospital: Validation of authorizations between AMG & hospital.

Quality Metrics (ADR Report): Maintain adenoma detection rate audit for ASGE Certification.

Provides patients and family members with information, resources, and referrals to internal and external resources. Guides and directs patients and families to help overcome system barriers and facilitate access to care.

Required:High School Diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in a hospital procedural unit.Strong knowledge of Microsoft office.Must be flexible and be able to multitask.
