CFO - Chief Financial Officer

Description A technology client based in Parsippany, NJ is currently seeking an interim CFO to support a corporate reorganization. The interim CFO will manage a team of several individuals, and will have responsibility for a blend of accounting and finance responsibilities. Responsibilities allocated to the CFO will include financial forecasting, tax compliance, cash flow management, financial statement review and analysis, identifying and executing on cost management strategies, and driving strategic business decisions. The ideal CFO will have recent experience in building rapport with senior leadership and the general employee base, supporting business scaling initiatives in the emerging mid-sized company space, and will have familiarity with M& A and/or IPO situations. A strong understanding of GAAP, business systems, and experience in the tech or professional services spaces is strongly preferred.
