Duration: Contract

Summary:
  • Responsible for maximizing value of Enterprise Applications in closely working with the business stakeholders and technology team for the given area of responsibility, to ensure that strategic goals and tactical implementation of system functionality are realized.
  • The Change Management Lead will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
  • The Change Management Lead will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

EXPECTED END RESULT(Why is it done?)1.Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activitiesApply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative 2.Support Change communication effortsSupport the design, development, delivery, and management of Change communications3.Assess the change impactConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders4Business user collaborationDriving engagement with Business to develop an understanding of the future state solutions and collaborate with the training team to setup the training of the future state. 5.Track and Report to the managementTrack and report change management adoption and successes of the programs to the Management periodically to build transparency

Requirements Prior Experience / Industry or Other· At least 3-5 years’ experience in Change ManagementRequired Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics· Speaks effectively one-on-one and in groups· Developing and broadcasting awareness communications· Makes effective presentations· Writes clear, well-organized reports and memos using appropriate style, grammar· Demonstrates active listening by conveying an accurate understanding of other’s messages· Strong drive in cascading strategy and product decisionsTechnical and Business Competencies
  • Knowledge of scrum methodology and Agile processes
  • Capable of building business cases
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to functionally learn new technologies and guide situational adoption cases
