OverviewPrimary responsibility of the Inside Channel Sales Representative (ICSR) is to drive Dealer Sales engagement and activation through a variety of activities. The ICSR will be responsible for and measured by the following performance metrics.

Growth of Assigned Dealer/Resellers Sales Revenue via direct and/or indirect distribution.

Growth of Active Dealer Sales Reps filing Ultimate Reward Claims in named dealers

Growth of average units by assigned Dealers Sales Reps in Ultimate Rewards

Revenue Growth of named dealers

ICSRs will be assigned a number of dealers/resellers within a geographic region. Within those dealers are Dealer Sales Reps. The ICSR will profile the dealership and the sales representatives who are within the dealership to determine where to focus their time and energy and in achieving the above KPI’s. They may also coordinate with the Territory Business Manager or other Field Manager on any aspect that requires an onsite presence. They will provide timely updates to all parties on performance, opportunities, key dealer/reseller sales reps and needs like training, pricing, etc. to drive growth and achievement of the dealer/reseller primary objectives.ResponsibilitiesThe Inside Channel Sales Rep will reside in Montvale NJ with the rest of the ISR team and work the appropriate schedule to support all assigned geographies.

Sales plan by dealership with agreed-upon goals and objectives per the above KPIS

Proactive calls to dealers/resellers and their reps

Priority based on sales plan

Actively engaging w/assigned accounts to drive opportunities.

Sales support on product information, pricing, strategy

Communicate sales programs and other key Sharp information

Web based training/communications to dealership and sales reps (1:1 or 1: Many)

Deal Management and forecasting

Internal communication on deals, obstacles, pricing, competitive activities

Update all internal tools/systems regarding dealers, i.e. adding/updating dealer sales reps and key contacts in Salesforce.

Qualifications

4 year Bachelors Degree required.

2 years B2B selling experience required, telemarketing preferred

Copier or Office Supply selling experience ideal

Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative and follow-through.

Outstanding written and oral communication skills required

Knowledge and use of Salesforce, MS Office required

The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location.
