Position: Cisco Voice Engineer.Location: Jersey City, NJ.Duration: 6 Months ContractJob Description:Experience – 5-8 yearsKeywords - Cisco Voice, Cisco IP Telephony, Cisco Collaboration Engineer, Technical Lead Cisco Collaboration & IPC Turrets.Job Requirements: Technical Very well understanding of Cisco Voice and IPC TurretsExpert knowledge on Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX), Designing, troubleshooting & scripting.Expertise on Cisco Unified Communication Manager 9.X, 10.X, 11.X, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence.Expertise in troubleshooting of issues related to products like –Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Unity connection, Voice Gateway (SIP, H.323), CUBE, Fax and IP phones.Expertise in troubleshooting Voice protocols like SIP, H323, MGoogle Cloud Platform, RTP, SRSTKnowledge on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN ,analog signaling and SIPHands on experience on integration of 3rd party application with Cisco Voice environment.Knowledge of Voice & Video Recording Servers like Nice, AQM and other 3rd party recording systems.Hands on experience in Upgrade, Migration of Unified Communication products on UCS platform.Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate production problems affecting the global network and systems infrastructure.FunctionalAct as technical leader for the client as well as the teamHelp Team in technical escalations & solution tasks.Perform vendor interaction with internal and external support organizations.Should communicate effectively and flexible in 24X5 support.Create and publish Root Cause Analysis for Critical incidentsCertificationCCIE Collaboration or CCNP Voice / Collaboration certifiedGood to have ITIL certification
