Cleaner Needed

hi! i am looking to hire someone to clean with me at my cleaning business. Must have experience and must drive a car. we meet at meeting spot and i drive to the houses. once in awhile i may need you and my other cleaner to take some houses alone without me but that is very rare. i supply supplies and i drive to houses. pay is 15an hour to start for training. after training as long as have experience and are quick and efficient pay would be around $16-18an hour. i pay for the time we are in the houses cleaning. i do pay some of drive time but not all of it since i am the one driving. this hourly rate is for basic maintenance cleans that we clean weekly, biweekly, monthly, and as needed. deep cleans, move out cleans, etc i pay more for depending on how dirty anywhere from 20-25an hour. please email me your info and i will setup interview with you and do a trial clean to see how you clean! thank you! full time 30-40 hours a week mon-fri with saturdays from june-september for rental turnovers.
