Why You'll Love This Job: The position calls for an industry professional who will be a key member of operations support team. The Analyst must be capable of prioritising multiple tasks of varying complexity with minimal supervision.

Your Primary Responsibilities :
  • Assist clients with inquiries and settlement related issues.
  • Periodic review, creation and revision of procedural documents.
  • Timely escalation of operational issues in accordance to the SIFMU Ops Clearance and Settlement policy.
  • Adhere to strict procedural guidelines and critical timeframes and raise where appropriate.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately

Talents Needed For Success:
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
  • The applicant should demonstrate a dedication to high professional and ethical standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
  • Exhibits a risk and control mindset.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and able to collaborate across site location
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially with Excel and Word, are required.
