Why You'll Love This Job: The position calls for an industry professional who will be a key member of operations support team. The Analyst must be capable of prioritising multiple tasks of varying complexity with minimal supervision. Your Primary Responsibilities : - Assist clients with inquiries and settlement related issues.
- Periodic review, creation and revision of procedural documents.
- Timely escalation of operational issues in accordance to the SIFMU Ops Clearance and Settlement policy.
- Adhere to strict procedural guidelines and critical timeframes and raise where appropriate.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately

- Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
- The applicant should demonstrate a dedication to high professional and ethical standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
- Exhibits a risk and control mindset.
- Solid interpersonal skills and able to collaborate across site location
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially with Excel and Word, are required.
