For information, visit www.saintclares.com.The RN Clinical Coordinator will oversee the delivery of optimal, safe, quality nursing care and regulatory compliance while providing leadership to staff by being an effective resource, role model, and mentor and change agent. This position will positively influence the quality and delivery of patient care. This position will coordinate all operations on a shift, seven (7) days a week, in order to meet the needs of all customers who are utilizing services within the designated area. Supports the mission and values of the health care system. Responsible to evaluate, assess and monitor staff performance and adhere to policies and procedures. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing. Bachelors degree preferred.

If in position prior to Sept 2009 this requirement was grandfathered for current staff.

If hired after Sept 2009 BSN required within 3 years of hire.

At least (2) years of clinical experience, as well as, recent Charge Nurse and/or other management experience. Able to work 40 hours/wk, with the potential for flexible scheduling (eg. 12s or 10s).

Current New Jersey Registered License.

Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (healthcare provider) required upon hire.

Crisis intervention within three months of hire.
