Job Description:

Technical/Functional Skills:Minimum 2-3 end to end Collibra Implementation experienceImplement Collibra Dworkflows with workflow forms to enable data management capabilities.Leverage Collibra API and Collibra Connect to implement integrations between Collibra and adjacent platformsDesign, development, unit testing, and validation support of Metadata import and export jobs and creation of data governance reporting/KPIsResponsible for adherence to SDLC policies and standards for technical management of the Collibra DplatformPartner with data management and integration leads to continuously improve data management technologies and processesSupport implementation of upgrades and future developments of data governance tool suites (Collibra)Maintain a solid understanding of Collibra Dcapabilities and the product's roadmap to ensure effective technical design of solutions in the platformUtilize business analysis, technical, and soft skills to work across governance stakeholders to enhance data processes, resulting in high quality data across the enterpriseCreate, implement, and monitor data governance policiesHands-on Experience in building custom connectors by leveraging APIs, Collibra Edge

Experience Required:Strong experience in data governance, metadata managementUnderstanding of other data management tools in MDM, Data Quality, BI Reporting & Visualization, Big Data spaceWorking experience in any of the cloud such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.Experience in telecom domain is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.Candidate is able to provide expert advice, counsel, and technical expertise to ensure successful deployment of best-in-class Data Catalog and Data Governance solutionDefine the overall Data Catalog solution architecture and sets technical direction, defines component architecture, and reviews detailed designs for accuracy and overall compliance to defined architecture;Develop an understanding of business needs and translate those needs into technological systems, design specifications and solutions.Develop standards, best practices, and reference designs for the implementation of Collibra solutions.Partner with other associates to analyze, design, develop and implement Collibra solutions that will optimize business outcomes.Work closely with BA’s, architects & developers to implement best-of-class Catalog solutionsProvide technical leadership for the development of metadata models, data lineage, business metadata gathering and implementation, technical metadata extraction and loading, defining business rules, policies and guideline for specific data assets in Collibra.

Generic Managerial Skills: Manage Collibra development/support team at onsite and offshoreCo-ordinate development activities at offshore and ensure timely delivery
