• The Commercial IT Business Analyst will support our Pharma Commercial IT portfolio working on existing projects as well as driving response to RFPs and RFIs. This will include, but not be limited to roadmap & capability definition, business analysis, business consulting, requirement gathering, and project management.• The role requires a person who can combine an ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels in the organization, who has deep domain experience in Pharma commercial business processes and associated technology platforms and systems that support the business. Experience on Commercial Analytics side is a plus•

Accountabilities• Capture business requirements for existing and new technology projects in following areas: Sales operations, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Digital Marketing• Good understanding of sales operations functions including territory alignments, call planning, and segmentation• Liaison/engage with vendor partners supporting CRM, Dashboards, Customer Mastering/Data Management/Data Stewardship, Call Center, CSO, etc• Identify opportunities & provide recommendations on how to leverage system resources, reuse local or global solutions and align technology needs across all commercial functions by facilitating cross functional, cross regional discussions and forums

[Requirements]Education, Behavioral Competencies and Skills:• High Level Business English• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience• 10+ years of relevant Pharma commercial leadership experience• Project management qualification or equivalent experience preferableCore Elements Related To This Role.• Ability to connect, orchestrate and influence different stakeholders from various departments and vendors to drive for affordable and usable Commercial IT solutions• In-depth knowledge of the different data sets within Commercial accompanied by the technical knowledge of the platform components including Veeva CRM, Customer Master, Customer Data Warehouse, Reports and Dashboards.• Capabilities to translate business needs into business requirements and functional specifications• Hands-on, able to implement and execute initiatives• High level project management skills• Understanding of Commercial Master Data, dimensions, complexity
