Ability to operate a PC proficiently

Command of the English language

Customer Service experience preferred

This position will have a flexible schedule posted in advance

Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including day/evening/overnight

Weekend rotation

Holiday rotation,

Essential Functions:

Communications Operator for two facilities: Community Medical Center and Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: answering incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate departments, assisting with outgoing calls, providing information, making overhead announcements, following procedures for emergency alerts.

The Communications Operators are Essential Personnel and provide services 24 hours a day, seven days per week, 365 days a year including holidays,
