Job Title: Computer OperatorLocation: Trenton, NJ - HybridDuration: Long term contractRELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5+ yrs of exp.Job Description:This position will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the production systems; reporting issues and errors. The production systems will process the checks/coupons and tax returns with the technology of HTML 5, SQL server and Powershell scriptsThe operator will monitor:- batches that failed to export from IBML high speed scanners to DREAMS
- Work Flow Monitor on DREAMS for any stuck batches
- Check Deposit Monitor for any stuck transactions or checks with bad images
The operator will be involved with maintaining the production systems by:- running Powershell scripts to transfer the images of checks/vouchers/tax returns to Filenet legacy and P8

- sending emails to Processing to rescan bad tax returns.
- sending emails to Processing to pull and manual deposit any foreign checks.
