  • Need 17+ years of experience in a Customer Experience leadership role with experience of sales background preferably in Pharma & biotechnology
  • Background of Pharma, Lifesciences, Biotechnology is mandatory
  • 10+ years in a client-facing digitally-driven role, leading digital innovation strategies
  • Proven track record of building, scaling and managing a high-impact customer experience function
  • Familiarity with the digital, artificial intelligence, data sciences, big data & fostering innovation frameworks, methods etc
  • History of identifying problems or opportunities and taking the lead in solving them
  • Skilled at presenting complex and abstract ideas clearly, and with confidence
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate people and teams and drive accountability
  • Define the strategic direction and execute high-impact initiatives to improve customer experience across all touch points
  • Represent our brand voice, ensuring consistency in every interaction across all of our customer touch points
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments
  • Ensure a delightful end to end customer experience that fosters lasting brand loyalty.
  • Build out a Customer Experience roadmap informed by customer insights and aligned with business goals.
  • Evolve and scale business processes, policies, tools, and team to support future business strategy and growth.
  • Design data-driven reporting approaches to share across teams that includes quantitative and qualitative insights and recommendations to optimize our customer experience
