Developer (Customer Journey Analytics)Duration: 3 months (Right to hire)Location: Newark, NJ- Hybrid or Remote
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, analytics team and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences and end to end performance measurement
  • Provide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to SCRUM team. Lead the pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities
  • Drive user story analysis, elaboration and design. Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation.
  • Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standards
  • Enable change, help accelerate innovation and ensure customer delight
  • Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines
  • Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problems
  • Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met
Requirement:
  • Possess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and TDD
  • 3+ years’ experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics solutions
  • 5+ years’ in a technical consulting, or digital marketing environment
  • 5+ years’ experience with writing and optimizing SQL queries
  • 3+ years’ experience to visualize data sets in tools like Tableau, Power BI, and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML and ability to discuss modeling in a way that both data scientists and marketers will appreciate
  • Self-managed, responsive, flexible, and dedicated to customer success
  • Knowledge of backend technologies including Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST is desirable
  • 1+ years’ experience with client-side technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, HTL, CSS3, SASS, Jasmine, Karma, JSON, REST, TypeScript, NPM, Bower
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions for the cloud
  • Knowledge of building omni-channel personalization implementation.
  • Extremely proficient in using one of the IDEs like Eclipse, Webstorm, IntelliJ, Microsoft Visual Studio or Netbeans
  • Working experience with AEP, Marketo, Target & AEM
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins is highly desirable
  • Experience with monitoring and logging techniques and tools such as CloudWatch, Nagios, Splunk and Dynatrace etc
