This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer ServiceEngineer, you will be responsible for :-You will be
servicing Imaging Equipment needed in the Southern NJ area. Level could be
adjusted based on prior experience.-You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily
installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens imaging equipment at
customer sites.-You
are the "Face of Siemens" to the customer.-You
support the XP modality initially with potential to cross train into
another modality in the future.-You
are flexible and willing to work different shifts as business needs dictate,
including willingness to work overtime as required. Advanced notice will be provided for any
shift changes.-You
report to the Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions.This position may suit you best if you are familiarwith what is below, and would like to do develop your career withHealthineersYou haveknowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance andmodifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimalsupervision
You havethe ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationshipswith customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative dutiesaccurately.

medical equipment·
You have strong customer service and communication skills·
You are proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment·
You have experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital

You have previous experience with the following desired: XP Imaging
equipmentRequired skills to have for the successof this role·
Minimum Technical Degree or equivalent experience·
Strong electronics and computer required·
5 years of field service
experience is desired·
Valid driver's license and good driving record required·
Ability to work both individually and in an established team
setting·
Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography;
willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and
certificationSiemens
