Customer Service Representative

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative based in Monmouth County, New Jersey. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be heavily engaged in phone and text communication. It's a customer-facing position where resolving inquiries, maintaining organization, and achieving efficiency are paramount.Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, not limited to cold calling but dialing HVAC leads that come in through our aggregator lead sources daily. Efficiently managing and tracking call results, and reporting on these dials. Processing customer service requests and maintaining accurate records. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence. Scheduling appointments and managing customer service inquiries. Working collaboratively with the existing Customer Service Representatives in the department. Maintaining a professional demeanor under a high volume of calls.Skills: Experience in a call center or customer service environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Experience in order entry and scheduling appointmentsRequirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively. Experience in a call center customer service environment is necessary. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Must possess data entry skills. Proficient in email correspondence and able to communicate effectively through this medium. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required. Ability to handle order entry tasks efficiently. Must be able to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
